  • FRAUD -- At 7:59 a.m., a fraudulent phone call was received on Ashwood Drive from someone purporting to be with the IRS threatening and demanding money.

  • VANDALISM -- Complaints of residences being egged were received at 8:06 a.m. on Likins Avenue, and at 8:55 a.m. on Brittany Hills Court.

  • GRAND THEFT -- It was reported at 10:32 a.m. that a windshield, seat and side covers were stolen from a motorcycle at North Court Street and Joe DiMaggio Drive.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A laptop was reported stolen at 11:53 a.m. on Berrellesa Street.

  • GRAND THEFT -- On Sequoia Court, a go-cart was reported stolen from the front yard of a residence at 11:58 a.m.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller from F Street reported at 1:03 p.m. that a locked box containing medication was stolen.

  • FRAUD -- At 2:59 p.m., a credit card was fraudulently used at an Alhambra Avenue business.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A cordless drill set was reported stolen at 3:33 p.m. from a business on Alhambra Avenue.

  • FRAUD -- A caller on Pebble Creek Court reported an unauthorized bank transfer at 4:48 p.m.

    FRIDAY, JULY 25

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen from Masonic Street at 8:40 a.m.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A caller on Alhambra Avenue reported at 10:07 a.m. that a vehicle was stolen.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A vehicle registration card was stolen from a vehicle on Diana Lane at 11:11 a.m.

  • FRAUD -- A caller on Williamson Court reported at 1:48 p.m. that a checking and savings account was fraudulently opened.

  • FRAUD -- A business on Sage Drive reported at 4:16 p.m. that fraudulent checks totaling $1,634.23 were used to purchase merchandise at an Oakland business.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- At 10:49 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen from Country Run Drive.

    SATURDAY, JULY 26

  • BURGLARY -- At 1:53 p.m., damage was discovered to a locked vehicle on Marie Avenue and a workbag containing a flashlight and miscellaneous tools was stolen.

  • PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 3:57 p.m. that a woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft at a business on Alhambra Avenue.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- At 6:11 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen from Mill Road.

  • VANDALISM -- It was reported at 1:06 a.m. that a vehicle was vandalized on Tahoe Circle.

  • DUI -- A 23-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 3:47 a.m. at Highway 4 and Morello Avenue.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- On Buckley Street, a caller reported bumper and headlight damage on a vehicle at 8:23 a.m.

  • VANDALISM -- It was reported at 9:32 p.m. that the side view mirrors of two vehicles on Tahoe Drive were knocked off.

  • TRESPASS -- A 55-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at a business on Escobar Street at 10:58 a.m.

  • BURGLARY -- At 1:27 p.m., it was reported a vehicle on Ashwood Drive was burglarized and an iPhone was stolen.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller on Escobar Street reported at 2:35 p.m. that a man was seen walking out of a business with an item tucked in his pants.

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 3:22 p.m., two women, 28 and 47, were arrested on suspicion of petty theft at an Arnold Drive business.

  • BURGLARY -- At 10:28 p.m., a 47-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a vehicle on Virginia Hills Drive.

    MONDAY, JULY 28

  • PENAL CODE -- An 18-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools and being under the influence of a controlled substance at 9:03 a.m. on Lang Street.

  • VANDALISM -- A mailbox on Mill Road was reported vandalized at 9:29 a.m.

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 10:25 a.m., theft of items was reported at a business on Alhambra Avenue.

    TUESDAY, JULY 29

  • GRAND THEFT -- At 8:30 a.m., tools were reported taken from an unlocked toolbox of a truck on Cherrywood Drive.

  • FRAUD -- On Roanoke Drive, a caller reported at 9:52 a.m. that a credit card account was fraudulently opened and there was $2,400 in charges.

  • FRAUD -- A caller from Waverly Road reported at 10:17 a.m. receiving a call that a relative was injured and arrested, and money was needed to release them from custody.

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 12:20 p.m., a 29-year-old-woman with fake identification was arrested on suspicion of petty theft at an Arnold Drive business.

  • TRAFFIC STOP -- At 10:10 p.m., a 40-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at Central and Arthur streets.

    WEDNESDAY, JULY 30

  • BURGLARY -- On Alhambra Avenue at 6:27 a.m., the window of a business was broken and the store was ransacked.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:49 a.m. from Rolling Hill Way.

  • FRAUD -- At 11:31 a.m., a caller on Morello Avenue reported that a credit card account was fraudulently opened.

  • VANDALISM -- At 7:07 p.m., it was reported that a vehicle rammed the front gate of a business on Waterfront Road.
