THURSDAY, AUG. 14

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 5:54 a.m. that a vehicle on Canyon Way was burglarized.

  • BURGLARY -- At 6:16 a.m., a GPS and other personal items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Kim Court.

  • PETTY THEFT -- Mail was reported stolen at 8:20 a.m. from Morello Heights Circle; and at 10:11 a.m. on Alhambra Way.

  • BURGLARY -- At 10:37 a.m., a vehicle was burglarized on Canyon Way.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 10:45 a.m. that two vehicles on Euclid Avenue were burglarized.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A bicycle locked to a fence was reported stolen at 12:05 p.m. on Alhambra Avenue.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 12:36 p.m. that a vehicle was burglarized and CDs, a coin purse and sunglasses were stolen.

  • FRAUD -- A caller on Marina Vista reported at 3:09 p.m. that a credit card was stolen.

  • FRAUD -- It was reported on Village Place at 3:50 p.m. that fraudulent telephone calls were received from people claiming to be officials.

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 6:40 p.m., a bicycle was reported stolen from a locked vehicle on Arnold Drive.

    FRIDAY, AUG. 15

  • VANDALISM -- It was reported at 4:52 a.m. that the brake line of a vehicle on Alhambra Avenue was intentionally cut.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 7:12 a.m. that the window of a vehicle was smashed on Mt. Kennedy Drive and a computer was stolen.

  • BURGLARY -- A vehicle was reported burglarized at 8:17 a.m. on Escobar Street, and cameras, briefcase and suitcases were stolen.

  • FRAUD -- An individual on Spring Lake Drive reported at 7:52 p.m. receiving a call from a man who attempted to extort $2,800, and if not paid, threatened to close bank accounts and deny computer access.

    SATURDAY, AUG. 16

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen from Main Street at 6:17 a.m.

  • PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 10:21 a.m. that license plates were stolen from a vehicle on Pine Street and replaced with different plates.

  • BURGLARY -- At 10:50 a.m., a vehicle was burglarized on Vista Oaks Drive.

  • SUSPICIOUS PERSON -- At 9:43 p.m. on Freda Court, a 40-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • ARREST -- A 40-year-old-man was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on suspicion of evading a police officer at Reliez Valley Road and Blue Ridge Drive.

    SUNDAY, AUG. 17

  • VANDALISM -- Tires of vehicles were reported slashed at 7:43 a.m. on Mill Road; and at 8:40 a.m. on Bertola Street.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 10:28 a.m. on Alhambra Avenue.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 11:43 a.m. that rifles were stolen from a vehicle on Franklin Canyon Road.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 12:26 p.m. that items were taken from a garage on Roseann Drive.

  • BURGLARY -- At 3:20 p.m., a burglary was interrupted at a residence on Walnut Street and a window was broken.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 4:03 p.m. on Huntridge Court.

  • ROBBERY -- A robbery was reported at 6:57 p.m. at a business on Arnold Drive.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller at a business on Arnold Drive reported at 6:57 p.m. that a purse was stolen.

    MONDAY, AUG. 18

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller at a business on Howe Road reported at 7:50 a.m. that 75 gallons of fuel were stolen.

  • FRAUD -- On Ward Street, it was reported that fraudulent checks totaling $3,000 were cashed at 10:12 a.m.

  • GRAND THEFT -- It was reported at 2:06 p.m. that a bicycle worth $1,000 was taken from an open garage on Augustine Drive.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- At 3:48 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen from Alhambra Avenue.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 11:18 p.m. on Ferry Street.

    TUESDAY, AUG. 19

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 6:15 a.m. that floor covering and tools were stolen from a vehicle on Shasta Drive.

  • VANDALISM -- At 9:10 a.m., the rear window of a vehicle on Blue Canyon Way was reported smashed.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A bicycle was reported stolen from Main Street at 4:14 p.m.

  • FRAUD -- It was reported on Fig Tree Lane at 6:46 p.m. that an account was compromised and fraudulent charges made.

    WEDNESDAY, AUG. 20

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller on E Street reported at 8:17 a.m. that a computer was stolen.

  • BURGLARY -- At 1:32 p.m., packages were stolen from a delivery truck on Center Avenue.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 3:12 p.m. that a vehicle on Knollwood Drive was burglarized and moved about five feet.

  • FRAUD -- A caller on Rainbow Court reported fraud at 5:02 p.m.
