Monday, dec. 31

  • 12:37 p.m. -- Ranleigh Way. A woman told police that two of her vehicles were damaged by a hit-and-run driver.

  • 3:30 p.m. -- Estates Drive. A caller reported fraudulent charges on his credit card.

  • 5:39 p.m. -- Sunnyside Avenue. The theft of a tan 1993 Honda Accord was reported.

    Tuesday, Jan. 1

  • 2:30 p.m. -- Palm Drive. A man reported the theft of his wallet.

    Wednesday, jan. 2

  • 5:59 a.m. -- Lower Grand Avenue. Police arrested a man who was wanted on a no-bail warrant that accuses him of vehicle theft and possessing stolen property after a caller reported him as suspicious.

  • 10:06 a.m. -- York Drive. A vehicle break-in was reported.

  • 11:51 a.m. -- Lake Avenue. A vehicle break-in was reported.

  • 1:17 p.m. -- Olive Avenue. A woman told police that someone stole three flower pots from her front porch. The theft occurred sometime after Dec. 28, she said.

  • 1:47 p.m. -- El Cerrito Avenue. A residential burglary was reported.

  • 4:36 p.m. -- Ricardo Avenue. Someone damaged a vehicle door while possibly trying to steal the vehicle, police said. The victim told police that someone also rifled through another vehicle that she owns about two months go, although she never reported the incident.

    Thursday, jan. 3

  • 9:32 a.m. -- Mesa Avenue. A man told police that someone egged his vehicle. The vandalism occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

  • 10:36 a.m. -- St. James Drive. Clothes and bicycles were stolen during the burglary of a garage, police said. The thief apparently entered the victim's vehicle and used the garage opener to get inside the building.

  • 6:27 p.m. -- Highland Avenue. The theft of a cell phone was reported.

    Friday, jan. 4

  • 9:12 a.m. -- Magnolia Avenue. A GPS device and change were reported stolen from a vehicle, police said. The theft occurred sometime Thursday night or early Friday morning. The same type of device and change were also reported stolen from a vehicle on Ricardo Avenue at 3:51 p.m. Someone also stole change from a vehicle on Nace Avenue. It was reported at 9:08 p.m.

    Saturday, jan. 5

  • 10:19 a.m. -- Wallace Avenue. A backpack was stolen from a vehicle after someone smashed a window to get inside.

  • 12:13 p.m. -- Sunnyside Avenue. Identity theft was reported.

    Sunday, jan. 6

  • 10:25 a.m. -- York Drive. A vehicle break-in was reported.

  • 7:37 p.m. -- Dracena Avenue. A vehicle break-in was reported.

  • 8 p.m. -- Harvard Road. A residential burglary was reported.
