Monday, June 18

  • 9:06 p.m. -- Wildwood Avenue. A man told police that he witnessed four juveniles traveling in a black Jeep egg his neighbor's car.

    Tuesday, June 19

  • 11:51 a.m. -- King Avenue. A woman reported that someone egged her residence.

  • 3:33 p.m. -- Sea View Avenue. A maroon 1997 Mercedes was reported stolen. The theft occurred Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

  • 9:36 p.m. -- Hillside Avenue. A resident requested extra police patrols in the neighborhood after her purse and car keys were stolen during a robbery in Oakland.

  • 11:21 p.m. -- Ronada Avenue. Police contacted a driver who allegedly backed into a parked vehicle and drove away, prompting the victim to report it as a hit-and-run. Both individuals exchanged information.

    Wednesday, June 20

  • 8:57 p.m. -- Highland Way. A woman who initially reported her vehicle as stolen later said she had forgotten where she parked it, police said.

    Thursday, June 21

  • 2:51 p.m. -- Grand and Lower Grand avenues. A PG&E crew

    was dispatched after a motorist struck a light pole. The driver was not hurt and no other vehicle was involved.

  • 7:07 p.m. -- Hampton Road. A caller reported that a friend confronted a possible prowler in the area who was last seen jumping a fence and running off. The incident occurred about 30 minutes earlier.

    Friday, June 22

  • 11:57 a.m. Latham Street. A caller reported that someone stole their GPS from their vehicle. The theft occurred between Thursday night and Friday morning.

  • 2:15 p.m. -- Waldo Avenue. A resident reported identity theft.

  • 8:09 p.m. -- Arroyo Avenue. A vehicle theft was reported.

    Saturday, June 23

  • 2:54 p.m. -- Grand Avenue. A man in his 50s stole bolt cutters worth $20 from Ace Hardware and then fled in a four-door Toyota Corolla in the direction of Lake Merritt in Oakland.

  • 4:34 p.m. -- York Drive. A woman reported that someone vandalized her Acura Legend.
