A group gathers around one of four decorated planters in Montclair Village on Tuesday. The Montclair Village Association used a grant from the Montclair Lions Club to have artist/designer Gina Dominguez, third from right, create unique mosaics with a lion motif and apply them to planters scattered around the Village.
