Maya Lin School Principal Judy Goodwin celebrates the first day of classes at the school in Alameda on Monday with students and their families. The school, at the former site of Washington Elementary, is an Arts Integrated and Inquiry Learning magnet school. It is located at 825 Taylor Ave.
