  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 7:30 a.m. Property was reported stolen following a vehicle break-in, 6400 block of Dublin Court.

  • DRUGS -- 8:51 a.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation, 5300 block of Broder Boulevard.

  • BATTERY -- 10:33 a.m. A suspect was arrested for domestic battery, 11000 block of Dublin Boulevard.

  • ARREST -- 1:36 a.m. A suspect was arrested for resisting a peace officer, Amador Plaza and St. Patrick Way.

  • SHOPLIFTING -- 12:16 p.m. The first of two reports of shoplifting was in 7200 block of Regional Street. 3:09 p.m., 4800 block of Dublin Boulevard.

  • RUNAWAY -- 8:30 p.m. A juvenile runaway was reported, 6800 block of South Mariposa Lane.

    THURSDAY, OCT. 3

  • DRUGS -- 3:30 a.m. A suspect was arrested for use and possession of a controlled substance, unlawful paraphernalia, burglary tools and a parole violation, 1400 block of Saybrook Road.

    FRIDAY, OCT. 4

  • RECKLESS DRIVING -- 6:06 p.m. A suspect was arrested for reckless driving, Walnut Street and North N Street.

  • DUI -- 6:23 p.m. An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol, 5800 block of Patterson Pass Road.

    SATURDAY, OCT. 5

  • DRUGS -- 12:45 a.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia, a probation violation and destroying evidence, 100 block of North P Street.

  • BATTERY -- 2 a.m. A suspect was arrested for battery, 2200 block of First Street.

  • DUI -- 9:10 p.m. An arrest was made for driving while drunk, Pine Street and Murrieta Boulevard.

    SUNDAY, OCT. 6

  • ARRESTS -- 12:27 p.m. The first of two arrests for public intoxication was in the 100 block of Lindbergh Avenue. The second was at 12:48 a.m. when a suspect was also charged with resisting a peace officer, 4400 block of First Street.

  • DUI -- 3:52 a.m. The first of four arrests for driving while under the influence was at First Street and South M Street and the substance was alcohol. Others were at 5:12 p.m. when the charge was drugs at North Livermore and Interstate 580, 6:20 p.m., when a resisting a peace officer charge was added to a DUI, and at 6:42 p.m., 2200 block of Las Positas Road.

  • ARREST -- 4:47 a.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and for being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition, 3900 block of East Avenue.

  • ARREST -- 1:59 p.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and narcotics, being an addict driving a vehicle and a probation violation, 2000 block of Portola Avenue.

    MONDAY, OCT. 7

  • DRUGS -- 8:27 a.m. In the first of two arrests for use of a controlled substance, the suspect was also charged with a probation violation in the 500 block of South Vasco Road. The second was at 2:30 p.m. when the suspect was also charged with resisting a peace officer, 1000 block of Murrieta Boulevard.

  • MARIJUANA -- 5:31 p.m. An arrest was made for selling and furnishing marijuana, 4100 block of Torrey Pine Way.

  • SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 6:42 p.m. Spousal abuse was reported, 100 block of East Vineyard Avenue.

    TUESDAY, OCT. 8

  • DUI -- 3:37 a.m. A suspect was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, Alden lane and Holmes Street.

  • DRUGS -- 5:01 a.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 1700 block of North Livermore Avenue.

  • DRUGS -- 6:23 a.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, narcotics and a controlled substance, 1300 block of Portola Avenue.

  • ARREST -- 10:46 a.m. A sex offender was arrested for failure to provide required registration information and not reporting an address change, South Livermore Avenue and Seventh Street.

  • WARRANT -- 1:35 p.m. Police made an arrest on a warrant, 4100 block of Redwood Road.

  • DRUGS -- 8:45 p.m. There were two arrests for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 2700 block of Eighth Street. The second suspect was also charged with manufacture of Shuriken (a sharp Japanese concealed weapon that is thrown, sometimes called Ninja Stars) and violating a court order.

  • ARREST -- 11:32 p.m. A suspect was charges with a DUI and causing bodily injury, North Livermore Avenue and Las Positas Road.

    WEDNESDAY, OCT. 9

  • DUI -- 12:28 a.m. An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol, 500 block of Alameda Drive.

  • MARIJUANA -- 10:42 a.m. A suspect was arrested for possession and cultivation of marijuana for sale, 1100 block of South Livermore Avenue.

    THURSDAY, OCT. 3

  • INVESTIGATIONS -- 7:33 a.m. The first of two death investigations was in the 3600 block of Shenandoah Court. The second was at 3:46 p.m., 4800 block of Pipit Court.

  • SEX OFFENSE -- 10:34 a.m. A sex offense was reported, 6800 block of Santa Rita Road.

  • FRAUD -- 4:41 p.m. A fraud was reported, 2000 block of Eilene Drive.
