LIVERMORE -- The annual downtown Halloween Carnival drew all the spookiest ghosts and prettiest princesses on Saturday afternoon, as children took to the streets for Halloween fun.

There were games and entertainment and fun things to do for the children. But the biggest fun may have been that had by the parents and others admiring the amazing display of imagination and spookiness found in the costumes.

The event was sponsored by Livermore Downtown Inc.
