  • BURGLARY -- 8:55 p.m. A burglary was reported, 11000 block of Dublin Boulevard.

  • ARREST -- 12:49 a.m. An arrest was made for battery and vandalism, Erie Court and Edinsburg Lane.

  • SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 12:04 p.m. Spousal abuse was reported, 5000 block of Haven Place.

  • ARREST -- 8:15 p.m. A suspect was arrested on for resisting arrest on a warrant, Hacienda Drive and Martinelli Way.

  • BURGLARY -- 10:30 a.m. A burglary was reported, 5800 block of Signal Hill Drive.

  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 4:26 p.m. The first of two reports of property stolen after a vehicle break-in was in the 2800 block of Dublin Boulevard. The second was at 5:30 p.m., 8200 block of Cavalier Lane.

  • FORGERY -- 6:24 p.m. A forgery was reported, 100 block of Civic Plaza.

  • ARREST -- 10:49 p.m. A suspect was arrested for spousal abuse and on an outstanding warrant, 4000 block of Hacienda Drive.

  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 1:30 a.m. Property was reported stolen following a vehicle break-in, 5000 block of Hacienda Drive.

  • BURGLARY -- 12:28 p.m. A burglary was reported, 7200 block of Amador Plaza Road.

  • ASSAULT -- 7:13 p.m. A suspect was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, 7400 block of Dublin Boulevard.

  • BATTERY -- 2 a.m. A battery was reported, 3500 block of First Street.

  • STOLEN VEHICLE -- 6:45 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen, 1800 block of Locust Street.

  • DUI -- 11:29 p.m. There were two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol at South Livermore Avenue and First Street. The second was at 11:38 p.m.

  • BURGLARY -- 12;30 p.m. A residential burglary was reported, 100 block of Wildrose Court.

  • BATTERY -- 7:47 a.m. A battery was reported, 1700 block of North Livermore Avenue.

  • DUI -- 1:15 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was at South L Street and College Avenue. The second was at 3:51 p.m., First Street and South Front Street.

  • MARIJUANA -- 12:46 p.m. A suspect was arrested for planting and cultivating marijuana and manufacturing a controlled substance, 300 Andrews Street.

  • DRUGS -- 10:06 p.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia and a probation violation, 1200 block of Rincon Avenue.

    SATURDAY, NOV. 2

  • DUI -- 2:37 a.m. A suspect was arrested for driving while drunk, Second Street and South K Street.

  • DRUGS -- 7:42 a.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 1800 block of Second Street.

  • ARRESTS -- 1:53 p.m. The first of two arrests in the 800 block of North Vasco Road was on a warrant. The second was for possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation.

  • ARREST -- 5:56 p.m. A suspect was arrested for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, Loyola Avenue and Phyllis Court.

  • BATTERY -- 8:59 p.m. The first of two reports of battery was in the 2400 block of First Street. The second was at 9:45 p.m., 1000 block of Murrieta Boulevard.

  • SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 10:49 a.m. An arrest was made for spousal abuse, Dolores Street and Pacific Avenue.

  • ARREST -- 3:33 a.m. A suspect was arrested for exhibiting a deadly weapon and a probation violation, 800 block of Waverly Common.

  • INVESTIGATION -- 8:57 a.m. Police investigated a death, 2600 block of Vista Diablo Court.

  • FRAUD -- 11:31 a.m. A fraud was reported, 3800 block of Mesa Verde Court.

  • ASSAULT -- 8:46 p.m. An assault was reported, 2600 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

    FRIDAY, NOV. 1

  • THEFTS -- 10:40 a.m. The first two, of three reports of theft were in the 4700 block of Willow Road. The third was at 3:27 p.m., 2800 block of Tudor Court.

  • INVESTIGATION -- 2:11 p.m. Police investigated a death, 6100 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

  • FRAUD -- 2:42 p.m. A fraud was reported, 5100 block of Northway Road.

  • DRUGS -- 5:21 p.m. The first of two arrests at Singletree Way and Dorman Road was for use and possession of a controlled substance. The second suspect was also charged with a probation violation.

  • SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 7:33 p.m. A suspect was arrested for spousal abuse, West La Positas Boulevard and Owens Drive.

  • THEFTS -- 2:36 p.m. The first of two reports of theft was in the 7400 block of Aster Court. The second was at 8:13 p.m., 1500 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

  • ASSAULT -- 7:27 p.m. An assault and battery was reported, 400 block of Jackie Court.

  • DRUGS -- 9:09 p.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 6700 block of Bernal Avenue.

    SUNDAY, NOV. 3

  • ARREST -- 12:32 a.m. An arrest was made for contempt of court, 5300 block of Hopyard Road.

  • ARRESTS -- 1:04 a.m. The first of three arrests for public intoxication was in the 300 block of St. Mary Street, when the suspect was also charged with resisting arrest. Others were at 1:16 a.m. at the same address and 12:08 p.m., Main Street and Bernal Avenue.

  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 12:25 p.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 5700 block of Athenour Court.

  • DRUGS -- 5:39 p.m. The first of two arrests for use of a controlled substance was in the 6700 block of Santa Rita Road. The second was at 8:04 p.m., 4500 block of Pleasanton Avenue.

    MONDAY, NOV. 4

  • THEFTS -- 7:15 a.m. The first of two reports of theft was in the 4200 block of Rosewood Drive. The second was at 6:26 p.m., 1400 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 12:58 p.m. The first of four reports of property stolen after a vehicle break-in was in the 11000 block of Dublin Canyon Road. Others were at 5:39 p.m. in the 5900 block of Stoneridge Mall Road, 6:04 p.m. in the 1300 block of Stoneridge Mall Road and 7:47 p.m., 1000 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

  • SHOPLIFTING -- 9 p.m. A suspect was arrested for shoplifting, 1400 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.

    TUESDAY, NOV. 5

  • THEFTS -- 8:32 a.m. The first of five reports of theft was in the 1800 block of Foxswallow Circle. Others were at 9:59 a.m. in the 5200 block of Clubhouse Drive, 11:08 a.m. in the 4300 block of Valley Avenue, 3:22 p.m. in the 4700 block of First Street and 9:31 p.m., 7700 block of Chestnut Way.

    WEDNESDAY, NOV. 6

  • BURGLARY-AUTO -- 9:56 a.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 3500 block of Gresham Court.

  • BURGLARY -- 10:46 a.m. A commercial burglary was reported, 6100 block of West Las Positas Boulevard.

  • ARRESTS -- 6:04 p.m. The first of three arrests in the 1700 block of Santa Rita Road was for burglary, forgery and identity theft. The second arrest was for burglary, identity theft and resisting arrest and at 6:46 p.m. when another suspect was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

  • BATTERY -- 7:50 p.m. A domestic battery was reported, 4000 block of Nevis Street.
