'Jackets gear up for the NCS playoffs

The Pacific-bound Finnie scored a team-high 24 points and also grabbed 13 rebounds and had five steals in the Yellowjackets' 64-52 victory over the Highlanders. Berkeley finished the regular season with a 19-7 record and earned the No. 2 seed in the North Coast Section Division I girls playoffs. After a first-round bye, the Yellowjackets will host the winner of the first-round game between No. 7 Pittsburg and No. 10 California in a quarterfinal game on Feb. 28.
