Police arrested a 19-year-old motorist after a traffic stop March 25 at Park Street and Central Avenue, where he was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and concentrated cannabis.

His passengers, who are ages 19 and 20, were also arrested after each was found in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, police said. The traffic stop occurred just before 2 a.m.

MONDAY, MARCH 24

  • IDENTITY THEFT -- A resident of the 100 block of Norwich Road told police at 8:25 a.m. that someone accessed his or her checking account information without permission.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen about 8:35 a.m. in the 500 block of Maitland Drive.

    TUESDAY, MARCH 25

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen about 8:20 a.m. in the 3500 block of Norman Lane.

  • BURGLARY -- Jewelry was stolen after a burglar entered a residence in the 1500 block of Benton Street. The theft was reported about 9:10 a.m. Someone also attempted to break into a boat in the 1100 block of Ballena Boulevard in what police have classified as a burglary. The attempt was reported about 11:40 a.m.

  • RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE -- Police recovered a vehicle stolen in Pleasanton in the 1100 block of the Pacific Marina about 1:10 p.m.

  • OUTSTANDING WARRANT -- Police arrested a man, 27, wanted on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at his residence on Barbers Point Road. Officers served the warrant, which was issued after the man allegedly failed to a make a court date, shortly after 6 p.m. Officers also carried out a probation search at 4:50 p.m. at a Webster Street residence.

    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26

  • MARIJUANA POSSESSION -- A traffic stop at Park Street and San Jose Avenue about 12:50 a.m. led to the arrest of the 24-year-old driver after he was allegedly found in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Another motorist, 44, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Otis Drive, where an officer allegedly found him also in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen about 7:10 a.m. in the 400 block of Pacific Avenue. A vehicle was also reported stolen at 10 a.m. in the 2500 block of Barbers Point Road.

  • MARIJUANA POSSESSION -- An Alameda High School student was accused of possessing less than one ounce of marijuana after an administrator found the substance while searching his locker, police said. Police learned about the incident about 10:35 a.m.

  • DRUNKEN DRIVING -- Police arrested a motorist, 50, on suspicion of drunken driving after he was involved in a traffic collision at Puddingstone and Sheffield roads, where the man also allegedly failed field sobriety tests. It happened about 5:10 p.m.

  • ROAD RAGE -- A 40-year-old man faces charges of possessing and brandishing a baton after he allegedly used it during a road rage incident at Broadway and Buena Vista Avenue about 7:20 a.m., police said. After the initial confrontation, the man followed the victim until she stopped at a red light, where he then threatened her and two other individuals with the baton, police said. The woman fled in her vehicle because she feared for her safety, police said.
