SANTA CLARA -- Oklahoma fullback Trey Millard became the 12th and final member of the 49ers' biggest draft class since 1991.

Of that dozen, 25 percent feature prospects coming off anterior cruciate ligament tears, including Millard, who sustained his injury in October.

Offensive lineman Brandon Thomas (fourth round) and cornerback Keith Reaser (fifth round) are expected to miss their rookie seasons after ACL surgery earlier this year.

Millard (6-foot-2, 245 pounds) made first-team All-Big 12 three times. Bruce Miller, the 49ers' starting fullback, signed a three-year extension in March.

Two spots before Millard was taken at No. 245 overall, the 49ers selected Boston College defensive end Kaleb Ramsey.

Ramsey (6-foot-3, 285 pounds) started his college career in 2008, missed all but two games in both 2011 and '12 with injuries, then finished up last season with two sacks in eight starts.
