OAKLAND -- A woman shot to death Wednesday morning in East Oakland was identified by police Thursday as Brigid Palmer.
Police said the 26-year-old Palmer had addresses in Oakland and Bay Point in Contra Costa County.
She was shot about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday outside an apartment complex at the intersection of International Boulevard and 100th Avenue. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
She did not live at the apartment complex, but had other Oakland addresses and had relatives in Bay Point she also lived with, police said.
Police have not released a motive yet in the killing and said no arrests have been made.
