Tuesday, oct. 13

  • vandalism — A resident on Ascot Drive had her rental car vandalized. Someone made a one-inch horizontal scratch along the right front fender and the right front hub cap was removed. She had a rental car because her personal vehicle was being repaired following vandalism suffered two nights before. Loss estimated at $1,100.

    Thursday, oct. 15

  • petty theft — Someone removed the front and rear left tires off a 1998 Honda Civic and replaced them with worn out tires, while it was parked curbside in front of a residence in the 0-100 block of Hammond Place. Total value of tires: $240.

    Sunday, oct. 18

  • vandalism — The word "Tow" was spray painted on a 2002 Kia Optima's driver side window and windshield while it was parked at Ascot Place on Ascot Drive.

    Monday, oct. 1

  • auto burglary — Sunglasses, an XM radio and cell phone charger were taken from a Jeep Cherokee parked in the 0-100 block of Miramonte Drive. The front passenger window was broken. A unlocked Honda at the same residence had a GPS and a wireless

  • stolen vehicle — A maroon 1988 Toyota Camry was taken from the 2100 block of Donald Drive.

    Monday, Oct. 19

  • Grand Theft: A bicycle worth $500 that was secured to a vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot on the 1000 block of Carol Lane.

    Tuesday, Oct 20

  • Burglary: Residents interrupted a burglary of their home on the 1200 block of Pleasant Hill Road.

    Wednesday, Oct 21

  • Burglary: $6,050 worth of property was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 900 block of Village Center Way. A window was broken, causing $350 in damage.

  • Burglary: $8,540 worth of property was reported stolen from a home on the 700 block of Tanglewood Drive. The front door was pried open, causing $300 in damage.

  • Warrant Arrest: A 36-year-old woman was arrested on the 1200 block of Panorama Drive on and outstanding warrant out of Contra Costa County.

    Saturday, Oct. 24

  • Drunk in public: A 54-year-old man was arrested on the 3600 block of Mt. Diablo Boulevard on suspicion of being drunk in public and probation violation.

    Monday, Oct. 26

  • Vandalism: Someone reportedly kicked in two windows and tore down a light fixtures over the weekend at Burton Valley School, causing $380 in damage.

  • Grand theft — $1,555 worth of property was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 00 block of Bates Boulevard.

    Saturday, Oct. 24

  • DUI — A 54-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a traffic collision at Moraga Way and Ivy Drive.

  • Warrant Arrest — A 23-year-old man was arrested at Moraga Way and Valley View Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Santa Clara County.

  • Warrant Arrest: A 29-year-old woman was arrested at Moraga Way and Valley View Drive on an outstanding warrant out of San Francisco County.

    Sunday, Oct. 25

  • Petty Theft — Report of theft of three bottles of tequila worth a total of $134.46 from the CVS Pharmacy on Moraga Way.

  • Grand Theft — A bicycle and an iPod worth a total of $3,200 were reported stolen from the porch of a home on the 00 block of Parklane Drive.

    Monday, Oct. 26

  • Grand theft — Golf clubs and a laptop worth $2,700 were reported stolen between 6 p.m. Oct. 23 and 8 a.m. Oct. 24 from an unlocked vehicle in from of a home on the 00 block of Linda Vista.
