CONCORD — Parents of special education students in the Mt. Diablo school district are invited to share comments about their children's experiences in an anonymous online survey through Friday.

MGT of America, a consulting firm hired by the school board, is conducting a study of the district's special education programs and may recommend changes to streamline costs and improve services. The survey, which is part of the study, covers finances, instruction, parent communiation, evaluation and placement, policies and procedures, the district consent decree, district staff, professional development and other topics.
