Two men allegedly held a woman they met online at Craigslist captive and raped her repeatedly at a Vallejo motel last week, police said.

The men allegedly kept the victim in a room at Discovery Inn on Lincoln Road West for about a week, sexually assaulting her repeatedly before driving her to Richmond on Sunday for unknown reasons, police said.

The victim allegedly arranged the meeting through a post on Craigslist, a free classified-advertisements website, police said. She met them at Discovery Inn about a week ago, police said.

However, the manager of the motel said there was only one female guest in the past week, and she stayed at the motel for about three nights.

Saying she feared for her life, the woman told police she jumped out the back window of the car to escape. The men shot at her, but could not confirm whether she sustained any injuries.

As soon as she managed to escape from the suspects, she flagged down a pedestrian, who called 911.

She was transferred to the Contra Costa Health Services in Martinez to receive further medical assistance, police said.

The suspects were described as two 20- to 25- year-old white men, driving a blue Chevrolet Camaro.

Two people were car-jacked in Vallejo this year after making separate sales transactions through Craigslist. In both incidents, the victims thought they were meeting up with the suspects to finalize the transactions, police said.

In March, two men reportedly went

to the parking lot of Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits to meet with the suspects who were supposed to buy speakers from them. The armed suspects ordered them to the ground and drove off with their money and truck.

A few months later in June, a 21-year-old woman and her mother took a man -- who had responded to her Craigslist advertisement -- for a test drive in the car she was selling. When they got to a gated community on North Ascot Parkway, the woman stopped the vehicle, and the man walked around to the driver's window and ordered her out of her car at gunpoint, police said.
