Seven Hills School is growing.
The private school has had its new wing under construction since last year. Known as Hunt Hall, the wing will include a 140-seat performing arts theater, new classrooms, language labs, a wellness center and an enlarged gym, according to the school's website. Hunt Hall is on schedule to open in early 2012.
The school's capital campaign fund, called "Vision 50 Campaign," has raised more than $3.44 million for building projects in the last four years, according to the site.
The school's goal is to raise an additional $100,000 or more to help finish the new middle school wing, and to continue to build the endowment fund all in time for Seven Hills' 50th anniversary next year.
The Seven Hills School, founded in 1962, is an independent, not-for-profit day school educating 375 students in preschool through eighth grade.
