Radiohead, the world's most highly acclaimed major rock band, is headed to San Jose.

The multiplatinum British band, which has sold more than 30 million records and seemingly earned a similar number of glowing reviews, performs April 11 at HP Pavilion. Tickets, priced at $69.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster outlets (www.ticketmaster.com).

The group is touring in support of its eighth studio album, "The King of Limbs," another critical smash that has been nominated in five categories at the 54th Grammy Awards.

The tour kicks off Feb. 27 in Miami and includes two stops at Southern California's massive Coachella music festival -- which this year will run over two weekends, April 13-15 and April 20-22.
