FREMONT -- A resident who entered a second-chance California Lottery drawing won a $2 million prize this week, officials said.
Hieu Luu submitted a non-winning "Set For Life" Scratchers ticket to the Replay program, which gives players a second chance at winning top prizes. Luu was the top Replay winner in the latest round of drawings.
Other winners took home prizes ranging from $75,000 to $500. Luu's prize will be paid out in the form of a $100,000 annuity paid every year for the next 20 years.
Non-winning Scratchers tickets can be submitted for the second-chance drawing at http://replay.calottery.com. Each ticket can only be submitted once.
