RICHMOND -- An El Sobrante man has been identified as the victim of a deadly motorcycle crash that occurred Wednesday night in Richmond, officials said.

Aaron Cobb, 32, was fatally injured about 7 p.m., after he was riding north on Richmond Parkway between Macdonald and Barrett avenues, rounded a turn, lost control and hit a tree, according to police.
