RICHMOND -- A pair of outages Saturday morning in a few East Bay areas left more than 1,500 customers without power, according to a PG&E spokeswoman.
Two respective outages took place in Richmond, El Cerrito and Redwood City, the spokeswoman said.
An electrical wire went down at about 11 a.m. at 3300 Regatta Blvd. in Richmond leaving 1,050 customers in Richmond and El Cerrito without power,
Power technicians repaired most of the damage, and as of 1:50 p.m., only 29 customers are waiting for their power to be restored.
The Redwood City outage affected 522 customers, the spokeswoman said.
The cause of the outage, reported at 12:06 p.m., remains under investigation, the spokeswoman said.
