KISS and Motley Crue, one of the heaviest double-bills of the summer concert season, have canceled their Aug. 15 date at Shoreline Amphitheatre at Mountain View.

That's the bad news. The good news for Bay Area fans is that KISS and Crue are still booked at 7 p.m. Aug. 16 at Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord.

Promoters did not say why the Shoreline show is noff. Refunds are available for the show at the point of purchase. Tickets for the Concord date, $37.50-$158.50, are available at www.livenation.com.
