Chevron Community Meeting: Richmond Refinery Incident

Chevron will be hosting a meeting with the Richmond community this evening at 6 p.m. in the Richmond Memorial Convention Center, 403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond CA 94804.

During the meeting, additional information on the refinery incident will be provided. Community residents will be invited to ask questions and share concerns.

The following representatives from Chevron, as well as local authorities, will be in attendance:

  • Nigel Hearne, Refinery General Manager, Chevron

  • Randy Sawyer, Contra Costa Director of Hazardous Materials

  • Bill Lindsay, Richmond City Manager

  • John Gioia, Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors
