BRENTWOOD -- An 89-year-old woman crashed her vehicle into the Bank of America early Monday evening, slightly injuring a customer inside, police said.

Police responded to the incident near the branch on the 6200 block of Lone Tree Way about 5:30 p.m., Sgt. Eric Wernholm said. The collision shattered the glass in front of building, as the vehicle went one to two feet into the bank, he said.

The customer, a 42-year-old woman, received some minor injuries from the flying glass. The driver was not hurt.
