Britney Spears has settled with a former bodyguard who claimed the singer sexually harassed him by flashing her, uh ... girl parts, while he worked for her, according to TMZ.
I imagine he must be scarred beyond hope.
According to court documents, Spears and Fernando Flores have ended their two-year legal battle, which started when Flores sued, saying Spears wouldn't keep her clothes on around him.
Flores alleged Spears would intentionally drop her cigarette lighter in Fernando's presence and then bend over to pick it up, and "thereby exposed her uncovered genitals."
Flores also claimed Spears abused her children.
Spears adamantly denied all the allegations, but sources told TMZ she paid a modest financial settlement to make the case go away. The money reportedly didn't even cover all of Flores' legal costs.
Since Spears is still under a conservatorship, the settlement will have to be approved by a probate court before it becomes a done deal.
