RODEO -- The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 have reopened following a three-vehicle crash in unincorporated Contra Costa County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck involved a Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra and another vehicle and was reported at 3:53 a.m. Saturday, near the Willow Avenue off-ramp in Hercules, said Officer James Evans.
Officers also shut down Willow Avenue for a short time because a vehicle was fully engulfed in flames there.
Evans said one man was injured and transported to a local hospital then arrested in connection to the crash. He did not have additional information about the arrest.
All lanes reopened at about 5:15 a.m., Evans said.
