A story Wednesday in the Local News section about Contra Costa County's new electronic medical record system incorrectly attributed a statement to the board of supervisors. The statement beginning, "We were not ready for EPIC and EPIC was not ready for us ..." should have been attributed to Dr. Keith White, not Dr. Ori Tzvieli. Also, Tzvieli's union is negotiating with the county for a new contract, but Tzvieli is not one of the negotiators.
Because of a production error, a graphic accompanying a front-page story Wednesday about who paid federal income taxes in 2011 omitted two percentages under the heading "Households without income tax": 80.8% of people making $10K-$20K, and 99.4% of people making less than $10K pay no taxes.
