A Solano County Superior Court jury ruled today that a Vacaville teen is guilty on all counts in connection with the 2010 rape and stabbing of a 13-year-old Vacaville girl and the stabbing of her infant brother.

Alexander Cervantes, 16, sat quietly as the verdict was read, only occasionally placing his head in his hands.
