Amanda Bynes on Friday was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license. Which, naturally, prompted her to immediately fly to New York and wander around aimlessly all weekend.
That's not a bad idea, considering how much public transportation is there.
Witnesses who saw Bynes told TMZ the actress wandered around Midtown for hours on Saturday. She allegedly told friends she went to New York is because she was tired of being followed in L.A., which she says doesn't happen in NYC.
Maybe she'd be better off in South Dakota or somewhere.
Bynes apparently told friends she never wants to go back to L.A., which would likely annoy her parents, since they just moved to Southern California to be close to her.
Bynes was already charged with two counts of hit-and-run. Each count of driving on a suspended license could be worth six months in jail. But even more important, she'd be off the streets and Los Angeles residents would have nothing to fear until mud slide season.
