Jamaican singer Dawn Penn is reggae royalty. She broke into the industry why back in the mid-'60s, recording with Prince Buster and releasing a string of singles, including the well-known rocksteady number "You Don't Love Me." She turned her back on the music business around 1970 and remained off the radar until her comeback in the late '80s. Penn has found even more success on her second time around, thanks in large part to the hit single "You Don't Love Me (No, No, No)."
