A suspected armed rapist who allegedly used a pellet gun to subdue and terrorize his female victim has been arrested, Vallejo police said Thursday.

Johnie Milton Burton, 30, was arrested Wednesday in Vallejo following an investigation into the Sept. 10 sexual assault in a Vallejo alleyway, police Lt. Jim O'Connell said.
