Vallejo firefighters responded to three, two-alarm "suspicious" structure fires within a half mile and 12 hours of each other Wednesday night into Thursday, Vallejo Fire Department officials said.

All caused major damage but no injuries, they said, and are being investigated as possibly arson related.

"It's the night that never ends," Capt. Matt Fenzl said, standing outside the scene of the most recent blaze at York and Amador streets and Solano Avenue, at the vacant AAA Pet Clinic building.
