CASTRO VALLEY -- Officers are on scene of a vehicle crash involving a bicycle in Castro Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers were called just after 4 p.m. to the intersection of Hesperian and Lewelling boulevards for a report of a crash involving minor injuries, said Officer James Evans.
