Halle Berry is selling the house where the big Gabriel Aubry-Olivier Martinez brawl took place on Thanksgiving.
Maybe she couldn't get the blood out of the driveway.
TMZ said Berry is selling the place for $15 million. Multiple real estate sources said Berry gave a prominent realtor a pocket listing -- which means property that isn't advertised. The broker -- Billy Rose -- happened to own the place a decade ago. He renovated it and sold it to actor Frankie Muniz, who later sold it to Berry.
That's right -- a celebrity's current man violently pummels her former man, and everything about her suddenly becomes a story.
TMZ said last week Berry got an $11 million offer, but she's holding out for more. Hopefully the two guys rolling around on the driveway didn't push the price down.
In case you have that kind of money laying around, it's a 5-bedroom, 5,900 square-foot Tuscan-style estate, with a huge backyard, a 1,400-square-foot. guest house, a pool and spa, fireplaces galore, and incredible landscaping, hardly any of which has yet been destroyed by two idiots kicking the snot out of each other.
Berry obtained a temporary restraining order against Aubry after the fight, barring him from being with 100 yards of Berry, their 4-year-old daughter, and Martinez, the latter was included just in case Aubry decides to assault Martinez's fists again with his face. Aubry also got a restraining order against Martinez, which makes perfect sense. Berry is trying to get a permanent restraining order against Aubrey, with whom she was involved in an ugly custody battle.
