Wednesday, Dec. 5
ACCIDENT -- Officers respond to Camino Pablo near Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School for a two-vehicle noninjury vehicle accident causing moderate damage to both vehicles DUI -- A motorist was stopped in the 600 block of Moraga Road for a vehicle code violation was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Subject was also charged with resisting arrest. Thursday, Dec. 6
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES -- Officers responded to Saint Mary's College for a call about a suspicious male who refused to identify himself or state his business. After questioning and searching the subject, it was determined no crime had occurred.Friday, Dec. 7
BATTERY -- Officers were dispatched to Ascot Drive for a report of two roommates in a physical altercation. One of the roommates agreed to spend the night away from the residence and no charges were filed. FALSE ALARM -- Officers responded to an audible alarm in the 700 block of August Drive. Upon arrival the interior was checked and no signs of forced entry were found. Saturday, Dec. 8
FALSE ALARM -- Officers were dispatched to Campolindo High School for an alarm that was triggered in a classroom. Upon arrival officers checked the area finding it secure with no unusual activity. Sunday, Dec. 9
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES -- Officers responded to the Safeway on Moraga Way for a report of a possible theft. Officers searched unsuccessfully for a suspect, and management could not confirm what items were taken. Monday, Dec. 10
GRAND THEFT -- A storage building in the 1900 block of Ascot Drive was burglarized resulting in the loss of miscellaneous items valued at approximately $1,200.
