Notebook computers and naan. Surge protectors and slices of artisan pizza. Flash drives and fries (with truffle oil or maybe mustard aioli).

On Friday, you can combine high-tech shopping with start-of-the-art snacking as Fry's Electronics hosts its first Foodie Truck Friday.

Four gourmet food trucks from around the Bay Area will be stationed at the Sunnyvale Fry's, 1007 E. Arques Ave., from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The featured trucks are:

  • Curry Up Now, the Peninsula-based purveyors of Naughty Naan wraps and deconstructed samosas.

  • Roli Roti and its mobile rotisserie, serving up chicken with potatoes (bathed in chicken drippings) and porchetta sandwiches.

  • Le Truc, known for its Bleu Cheesesteaks, chicken parm sandwiches and gourmet fries.

  • Pizza Politana, which hauls its wood-fired oven to bake margherita pizzas and other artisan pies onsite.

    A bonus for early shoppers: The first 250 customers of the day who make a $10 or more purchase at Fry's will get lunch items valued up to $10. (Heads up: The store opens at 8 a.m.)
