Lea Michele has broken her silence more than two weeks after the death of her boyfriend and "Glee" co-star Cory Monteith.

The 26-year-old actress with 3.5 million Twitter followers posted a message Monday saying, "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart."

The post was accompanied by a photo of Michele and Monteith, 31, embracing not long before his death, according to Us Weekly.

Since Monteith's died of an accidental overdose of heroin and alcohol July 13 in Vancouver, the actress has been making funeral and memorial arrangements with Monteith's family. Her publicist spoke on her behalf a few days after Monteith's death, saying "Lea has been grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them. They are supporting each other as they endure this profound loss together."

The pair, dating since 2012, seemed to be getting closer after Monteith finished a stint in rehab earlier this year. They "were planning on moving in together after he got back from Vancouver," a source told Us Weekly.
