Elizabeth Olsen will join the cast of the next "Avengers" movie.
Well, that's according to Samuel L. Jackson, who may have spilled the news prematurely.
During an interview with the Wall Street Journal about his cameo as Nick Fury on ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," Jackson confirmed Olsen will appear in the highly anticipated "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
"I don't think we begin shooting before March of next year," Jackson said. "I know we're shooing in London, that James Spader is Ultron and going to be the bad guy, and that we added Ms. Olsen, but I don't know what she's doing, if she's on the inside or the outside. I haven't seen a script."
According to E! News, there has been speculation that Olsen will be the Scarlet Witch, the daughter of Magneto and the twin sister of Quicksilver. Website Bleeding Cool reported in August that the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen was in talks with Marvel for the role. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
