WATCH THIS "The Good Wife" (9 p.m. Sunday, CBS) : It may not garner the buzz and ratings of other top-flight dramas, but in its fifth season, this legal thriller continues to be one of prime time's best. Now comes a game-changing episode called "Hitting the Fan," in which Alicia's (Julianna Margulies) secret plot to start a new firm with Cary (Matt Czuchry) is finally exposed. That triggers an intense, gripping hour as emotions boil over, battle lines are drawn and a desperate struggle to retain clients begins. "Secrets of the Tower of London" (8 p.m., PBS): Vieweres get a fascinating tour of a historical landmark that has stood for nearly a thousand years and served as a royal castle, a prison, a place of execution and torture, an armory and the Royal Mint. "Halloween Wars" (9 p.m., Food Network): The deliciously scary series comes to an end tonight with the final challenge: Create a confection that conjures up visions of "terror and nightmares." The winners nab $50,000.
