Charlie Sheen says his ex-wife Brooke Mueller abuses their twin 4-year-old boys, according to TMZ -- comments that legally could land Sheen in jail.

Parties involved in the custody case of twins Bob and Max Sheen are under a court gag order. TMZ reports that Mueller's legal team will ask a judge to sanction Sheen -- possibly with jail time for contempt of court -- after the actor went off with TMZ on Friday morning.

Sheen told TMZ that Mueller is a "dangerous, evil whore," but those sort of accusations aren't worth reporting in any self-respecting publication.

Sheen also said that his sons Bob and Max have suffered physical and emotional damage during time spent in Mueller's care. He said they are deathly afraid of Mueller's house, which he said is covered in pet lizards, various insects and other critters, and they suffer night terrors after spending time at the home.

He added that Bob suffered a bad rash on his face after recently spending time with Mueller -- a rash that "looked like somebody burned him."

Sheen said he's complained to L.A. Child Services, but they refuse to help. He said Mueller is actually getting more custody and he doesn't understand why.

It couldn't be because Charlie Sheen is their father.

Sheen slammed child services on a Twitter rant Thursday, calling them "doosh bags" who have done nothing to protect his children. He also called Mueller an "evil and pathetic uber loser" and a "whore."

That's not very nice.

He also told TMZ that Mueller -- who, like Sheen, has had well-documented troubles with substance abuse -- is supposed to get her first unsupervised overnight visit with the twins Friday night, and that he's afraid of what might happen.

Sheen also said he's not sure if his ex-wife is back on drugs, but, "She's as awful a parent and a person as you can possibly draw up."

So I guess everyone isn't spending Thanksgiving together.
