Dame Elizabeth Taylor's grandson Rhys Tivey is about to release his debut record.

The 23-year-old jazz trumpeter, who graduated from New York University in 2012, showed talent at his maternal grandmother's 2011 funeral by performing a rendition of "Amazing Grace." Now, according to WENN, he's about to release a record with his own band, the Rhys Tivey Quartet.

Next week, Tivey will celebrate the release of "No Voice No More" by playing The Cutting Room -- actor Chris Noth's bar -- in New York. Tivey's mother is sculptor Liza Todd, Taylor's only child with film producer Mike Todd. His father is artist Hap Tivey.
