Parents have buried Miley Cyrus' managers in complaints about her "Bangerz" tour, saying the 21-year-old's onstage antics are too racy for children in the audience, according to MusicFix.
They should be more concerned about their kids' taste in music.
Cyrus has made headlines on this tour for pretty much basing her show on one of Charlie Sheen's daydreams. She has reportedly straddled a flying hot dog, stuffed a thong in her mouth, simulated oral sex on someone wearing a Bill Clinton mask, and licked everything in site.
MusicFix said many parents have responded to the show's reviews by trying to sell their tickets on eBay and StubHub, while others are demanding refunds and refusing to attend. One parent reportedly contacted record executives at her label, Interscope, saying their family left a show because they didn't want their 9-year-old to witness a "porn show."
I can sympathize but, on the other hand, how did these people miss the MTV Awards? Robin Thicke almost impregnated her.
"Miley's management have been flooded with complaints, mainly from parents, since her tour began last week in Canada with calls for the entire tour to be axed," a source told MusicFix.
Yeah ... that's going to happen, right after label CEOs order their accountants to start burning all their money.
But there is enough concern that the tour's management team has been called to an emergency meeting to strategize after learning that several arenas are considering dropping her act, the Huffington Post reported.
Cyrus is scheduled to play Oracle Arena in Oakland on Monday and SAP arena in San Jose on Tuesday.
