George Lopez was arrested in a Canadian casino Thursday night after drinking enough to pass out on the establishment's floor, according to TMZ.

I thought that sort of thing was perfectly legal in Canada.

Law enforcement sources reportedly told the website the comedian was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after passing out. Security at Cesars Windsor called police, who arrested Lopez inside the casino bar.

TMZ said no charges are being filed against Lopez. Police just put him in a holding cell and let him sober up, before releasing him.

Ironically enough, Lopez's new TV show is called "Saint George."

Lopez performed at the casino Thursday night and is scheduled to perform again Friday. At least he waited until after the show to pass out.
