Justin Bieber was a cooperative sweetheart of a guy last week while answering questions during a deposition in connection to a photographer's lawsuit charging that Bieber's bodyguards roughed him up.

No he wasn't.

Bieber was actually pretty much the way one would expect him to be. TMZ obtained the 4½ hour session, which took place at the Universal Court Reporting offices in Miami.

Here are five "highlights" from the deposition, according to E! News.

1. When instructed by the deposing attorney, "Why don't you listen to what I have to say first and then maybe you can tell me yes or no," the 20-year-old singer said "I don't have to listen to anything you have to say."

2. When asked "Do you remember being in Australia ever?," he replied, "I don't know if I've been to Australia." His answer was reportedly dripping with sarcasm.

3. When asked, "Have you ever talked to Selena Gomez and discussed your feelings about the paparazzi?," Bieber shook his head, put his face in his hand, then looked up and glaringly said, "Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again," before stomping out.

Guess he doesn't want to talk about Selena Gomez.

4. The Beebs knows who Katie Couric is. At one point, Bieber reportedly giggled, prompting the question, "Did I say something funny? Is there anything funny in my question as to why you were laughing?" To which Bieber said, "I don't know, Katie Couric, you tell me."

That Justin Bieber sure is clever.

5. Bieber seemed a tad disrespectful of his former mentor Usher. When asked, "Do you know anybody in entertainment by the name of Usher?" His response? "Yeah, Usher. That sounds familiar."

Bieber also tossed an F-bomb at the court reporter when she politely asked if he could speak up, and admitted he takes Xanax illegally, according to TMZ. The photographer asked if Bieber had a prescription for Xanax and before his lawyer could stop him, Bieber said he didn't.

That may have been a big blunder, as Bieber reportedly had Xanax in his system when he was arrested earlier this year on suspicion of DUI.
