  • "Hannibal" (10 p.m., NBC):

    Cynthia Nixon ("Sex and the City") returns as an FBI agent just as Will's (Hugh Dancy) murder trial begins. Oh yeah, and a court bailiff gets killed. The fun just never stops on this bloody show.

  • "Vice" (11 p.m., HBO): The innovative news magazine program kicks off its second season with a segment claiming that much of the $100 billion spent by the U.S. on reconstruction projects in Afghanistan has been wasted and misused.
