New Order is only scheduled to play five shows in North America in 2014.

Fortunately for locals, one of those five is in San Francisco.

The legendary synth-pop act, known for such singles as "Blue Monday" and "Confusion," performs July 11 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday (March 21) at www.ticketmaster.com. Presale tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday (March 20) at www.apeconcerts.com and www.ticketmaster.com. The presale password is "alone."

The Grammy-winning British synth-pop duo La Roux opens the San Francisco date.
