One of the most stunning wins in "Wheel of Fortune" history occurred because the winner had babies on his mind.

Emil De Leon, a nursing student at the NCP College of Nursing in San Francisco, had only two letters on the board for the final round of Wednesday's show. He correctly guessed the answer on his first try -- clearly catching host Pat Sajak and the producers off guard.

De Leon told TMZ his incredible guess was pure luck, thanks in part to his studying pediatrics in January, when the show was taped. (See video of the final round to see why pediatrics was key to his winning $45,000 on the puzzle.)

De Leon also told TMZ that Sajak and Vanna White pulled him aside after the show to say he is one of the best players ever.
