Richard Donner told TMZ last weekend he's working on a "Goonies" sequel.

Don't do that. Just ... don't.

"We're doing a sequel," he told a TMZ photographer, adding he's trying to get the original cast on board.

I have a feeling Corey Feldman won't have a work conflict.

This year, of course, is the 30th anniversary of the 1985 film, which became a nerd classic with its plot about a group of Oregon kids staying a step ahead of the bad guys while hunting for pirate treasure.

The cast included Feldman, Josh Brolin (who likely really has work conflicts because he went and became a real actor), Sean Astin, Martha Plimpton, Jeff Cohen (who is now a non-chunky entertainment lawyer), and the late great Oakland Raiders defensive lineman John Matuszak.
