The Los Angeles District Attorney's office has not yet received the case involving Aldon Smith's arrest Sunday at LAX for a fake bomb threat, and thus potential charges aren't expected to come Monday, according to a DA spokesman.

Smith posted $20,000 bail Sunday night some five hours after allegedly making a fake bomb threat and acting "belligerent" with airport security.

Smith is expected to appear in Santa Clara County Superior Court on April 29, regarding last season's felony weapon charges and drunken driving arrest.

The 49ers' leading sack producer since 2011, Smith is entering the final year of his rookie contract, though the 49ers have until May 3 to pick up his 2015 option at reportedly $9.75 million. The team opens its offseason training program April 21.
