Chris Brown will remain in jail until June at the very least, after a judge denied his bid to be released, according to TMZ.

Brown was jailed last month after getting kicked out of a court-ordered rehab program in Southern California. The rehab was a condition of his probation stemming from his conviction of assault for beating Rihanna.

The singer was flown by U.S. Marshalls to Washington, D.C., for a supposed hearing Wednesday on his assault case -- the same day his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was convicted of an October 2013 incident in D.C., in which a man alleges he was assaulted by both men while trying to get into a picture with two women outside the singer's tour bus.

The judge postponed Brown's trial, pending Hollosy's appeal of the verdict.

TMZ reported the judge postponed that trial until at least June, though it could be longer. Meanwhile, a judge in Los Angeles denied his request to get out of jail.

Brown is getting rejected more than Lindsay Lohan's agent.

TMZ reported that Brown will soon be flown back to Los Angeles and dumped back in the pokey. You know, the pen, the big house, up the river, the slammer, the clink, the joint ... .

Anyway, if Brown is convicted in the D.C. assault case, it could be considered a violation of his probation and could send him to prison for four years.
